You get what you put into it.
That phrase has been said for generations (probably). It's at least been as long as we've all been around. We've heard it before, but since it is short and pithy, it can lose some of its meaning. Really, it's a profound observation. Whether it is your time, talent, or energy... giving these gifts is how we invest in people. The amount that we give determines how invested we are. And investments in people and in good works have a huge return. Let's give big this week!
