Thoughts and prayers.
Thoughts and prayers are a good thing, but they can't be the only thing. When we only offer thoughts and prayers, it's like putting gas in the car and walking home. The world benefits from people who are thoughtful. Existence can become more meaningful with prayers. Yet, our actions are the most foolproof way to effect positive change in the world. The goal this week is to be thoughtful of those around us, and to put those thoughts into action that makes the world a better place.

Friday - Ask someone how their day is going.
