Wisdom from experience.
Wise people aren't born wise, they're born as babies! Every paragon of peerless wisdom once wore diapers and babbled nonsense, just like you and me. Then they became wise. Not by choosing to be wise, but by choosing to do great things and live huge lives. It's experience that brings wisdom. And earning exceptional experience isn't a passive pursuit. It's active! This week, our Simple Helps borrow wisdom earned from the experience of great men and women. Let's go help people and create some wonderful experiences of our own.

For the week of June 24 - June 28
Actions: The Simple Helps to remember
Monday - Help someone who is going through something you’ve been through. “Who then can so softly bind up the wound of another as he who has felt the same wound himself?” -Thomas Jefferson
Tuesday - Tell someone what gifts and talents you see in them. “The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but reveal to him his own.” - Benjamin Disraeli
Wednesday - Serve someone by finding out about things they care about. “What is the essence of life? To serve others and to do good.” - Aristotle
Thursday - Offer to help someone who is stuck. “Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little.” - Edmund Burke
Friday - Show love in what you're doing for someone. “It is how much love we put in the doing that makes our offering something beautiful.” - Mother Teresa
Be awesome. Make someone's day. Join the rest of us this week and go help somebody!
