The loudest voice isn't the most important.
Radio, TV, people writing in all caps on the internet... there are a lot of loud voices out there. The loud voices are the ones shouting outrage over the state of the world. No one is loudly shouting compliments. Conflict grabs attention easier than kindness. But those aren't the voices that change the world. The world-changers have a still, small voice; it's the voice that makes the world better instead of angrier. A few simple kind words, or a few minutes of wordless action to make life better... those change the world. Outrage entertains the world, kindness makes it better.
