Welcome to a New Week!

Inertia: an object at rest tends to stay at rest, and an object in motion tends to stay in motion. It took the unimaginable intellect of Isaac Newton to describe it mathematically. But it only takes getting out of bed in the morning to feel it in our lives. Inertia makes it hard to get going. There is, however, a wonderful benefit to inertia that we can celebrate. Once we get going, it's hard to stop! The first act of kindness is a decision, it's a starting point and inertia resists starting anything. Do it anyway! Because that same inertia will carry you from one act to another. We are going to develop a wonderful habit of helping that's hard to stop. And we are going to do it together.

  • Monday - Don’t gossip...at all.

  • Tuesday -  Say, “Have a nice day” to as many people as possible.

  • Wednesday -  Tell someone you love that you are proud of them.

  • Thursday -  Come up with a way to help and email the idea to info@simple.help. Your idea can help a ton of people!

  • Friday -  Say “Thank You” to every person doing something that makes your life easier.
