Being kind is a choice. Sure, it's not always easy, but wow is life better when we choose to help each other! The choice to help each other is like most other choices that change the quality of our lives and others. It takes a little discipline at first, but gets easier each time we attempt it. That's what simple.help is all about! Why not take a shot at some simple ways to make our world better. We can choose to be kind a bunch of times in a row, and before you know it, we've got ourselves a habit. Good luck making the choice to be kind this week! Let's form the habit together.

Monday - Pick a cause and start saving all your loose change to make a donation.
Tuesday - Send an email or text to check on someone feeling under the weather or going through a tough time.
Wednesday - Deposit a dollar in a soda machine for the next person who will use it today.
Thursday - Leave a nice note on an acquaintance's desk or car windshield today.
Friday - Don't complain about anything today.
